Cp process capability

Calculates the Cpk capability index from specification limits, mean, and standard deviation. Cpk can be negative when the mean is outside tolerance.

Calculates an approximate sigma level as spec limit distance divided by standard deviation.

Calculates signed clearance as hole diameter minus shaft diameter.
