The tool calculates equilibrium properties of pure water and steam within the implemented IAPWS-IF97 regions. It does not include ice, solutions, salinity, metastable states, dissociation or complete transport properties. On the saturation line, the P-T property pair does not uniquely define the state without quality or a selected phase. In the two-phase region, cp, cv and speed of sound are not obtained by simple interpolation. Compare high-accuracy results with an independent property source.
